The Flexible Work Schedule is very important to our associates. Service to our customers is our first priority. Managers may establish work schedules that are appropriate for their department keeping your needs and concerns in mind.
The Vacation schedule increases with years of service to a maximum of 5 weeks.
Our Employee Assistance Program assists associates and members of their families in obtaining help with personal issues. No contribution is made by the associate.
The Adoption Assistance Program reimburses up to $3,000 of eligible expenses including 2 weeks of vacation.
Every Workstation at NSI has a Personal Environment Module or PEM. This allows every associate to control lighting, noise, temperature, and air flow.
